508(c)(1)(a) faith-based nonprofit organization registered in Arizona, collects, uses, and
protects personal information from users of our websites and affiliated online platforms.
1. Scope This policy applies to www.restoringflowministries.com, www.dyslexiarescue.com, and
www.readingrescuecenters.com, as well as associated programs delivered through Mighty
Networks, Zoom, Patreon, Meta, Hubbli and related communication channels. All entities are operated by Restoring
Flow Ministries.

3. Information We Collect
We collect limited personal information that parents or guardians voluntarily provide,
including names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, children’s names, ages, and
grade levels. We do not collect sensitive information such as financial data, government IDs,
or health records. We use third-party payment processors such as Stripe to process payments but we do not collect or store payment information on our servers.
4. How We Use Information:
Information is used only for legitimate ministry, educational, and administrative purposes,
including:
• Managing enrollment and communications.
• Providing course access and materials.
• Sending updates, confirmations, or important notices.
• Maintaining ministry records and compliance documentation.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data indefinitely for legitimate ministry, educational, and archival
purposes. If a participant requests deletion, we may retain limited records required for
compliance, historical, or ministerial purposes.
6. Data Protection We store data using secure password-protected systems and restrict access to authorized
ministry personnel. While no system is completely immune to unauthorized access, we take
reasonable measures to safeguard information.
7. Third-Party Services
Our programs use third-party platforms such as Mighty Networks, Zoom, and secure email.
These providers maintain their own privacy policies. We do not control or assume
responsibility for their independent data practices.
8. FERPA Compliance
We operate in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
Parents have the right to review or request copies of their stored records. Requests should be
directed to info@restoringflowministries.com.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our websites and programs are intended for parents or guardians age 18 or older. Children
may participate only with the knowledge, consent and ongoing oversight of their parent or guardian, who remain responsible for the child's participation, whether or not present during online sessions.
Recording and Use of Media
10. Participation in our programs constitutes consent to the recording of live sessions and related communications. Recordings may include video, audio, and screen-sharing elements.
These recordings are used for educational, training, professional, and promotional purposes, including but not limited to use in online courses, workshops, marketing materials, social media posts, and on our website.
Parents and adult participants understand and agree that their own image, voice, and likeness — as well as those of their child(ren) who may appear in sessions — may be included in such recordings and may be used as described above.
By enrolling in or participating in any program offered by Restoring Flow Ministries, Dyslexia Rescue or Reading Rescue you grant to Restoring Flow Ministries an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute such recordings for lawful ministry, educational, and promotional purposes.
Participation in our programs requires acceptance of this media consent. Individuals who do not wish to be recorded or whose parent/guardian does not consent to recording should not enroll or participate.
11. International Data Access, Storage, and Transfers
Restoring Flow Ministries and its affiliated programs, including Dyslexia Rescue, work with trusted service providers and digital platforms that may store or process information on secure servers located in multiple countries. This allows us to operate efficiently, maintain secure backups, and provide reliable services to participants worldwide.
As a result, information you provide to us may be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from jurisdictions outside your country of residence, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.
By submitting information, enrolling in our programs, or participating in our services, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your data across international borders as described in this Policy.
